This study is to analysis and evaluation of enterprise personal protectiveequipment (PPE) situation, and the quantitative analysis whether PPE situation ofeach enterprise, post effective and can satisfy the protection requirements. theresearch objects are angang five enterprises, through the survey and occupationalhazard factors detect, We understand and grasp the occupational hazard factors typeand concentration (strength) of post exposure,and PPE type, quantity of post,we studyand analysis whether PPE situation of each enterprise, craft can satisfy the protectionrequirements. Results: the major occupational hazards factors of Iron and steelenterprise is dust, noise. This study totally detected dust post42, noise post71, poisonpost4, the high temperature post2. Test results：Dust post qualified rate is lowest, isonly42.5%, followed by noise post, and is77.5%, and the poison, high temperaturepost is100.0%.PPEsurvey results show that: Five companies are established the PPEtraining and the use of surveillance system. PPE provision on the low side, dust postswas59.2%, noise posts was4.8%, poison, high temperature post were71.43%and100.00%. Contingency table chi-square test results showed that five enterprise PPEprovision difference of dust,noise post has statistical significance (P<0.05).According to each enterprise, post occupational factors concentration (strength) testand the PPE provision for quantitative analysis, the dust mask which East anshan ironore and da gushan iron ore automatic dumper command woker,yanqianshan iron oreore drawing woker provision can’t meet the practical needs.3M1100type ear plugs isonly suitable for the east anshan iron ore blaster,da gushan blaster, qi dashanJiDaShan iron ore Ball grinder.Conclusion: the investigation of five miningenterprise working environment are the main occupational hazard factors of dust andnoise; Contact dust, noise craft PPE situation is low, even not provision PPE, cannotmeet the need of protection; The quality of the provision PPE has problems.whenchoose dust PPE, we should choose the APF is greater than the hazard factor of PPE; when choose noise PPE,we should choose the L’ AXof PPE between70dB (A)and75dB (A).
