In the past twenty years of China's industry,the industrial added value accounted for the proportion of gross domestic product?GDP?remained at around40%,but the number of accidents caused by human error accounted for70%-90%.With the improvement of China's scientific level and accelerated process of its industrialization,noise has become one of the important causes of accidents caused by human error.There is more unsteady noise in industrial enterprises,and it is of great significance in discovering internal relation,reducing accident rate and the occurrence of occupational diseases,improving safety management level and working environment,reducing risk losses for enterprises from the perspective of personal unsteady noise exposure to analysis the influence on human error.Take DA abrasive workers as research object,using 3M edge personal noise dosimeter and supporting software DMS to measure and analysis the level of plant personal noise exposure,assessment occupational safety and health risk of each similar exposure groups?SEG?.Based on the accident data from the factory due to human error,using mathematical statistics methods to make regularity research on the dimensions of the locations,types,times,injured parts as well as seniority of the said accidents.There is positive correlation between the value of 8h equivalent sound level(LEX,8h)and number of human error accidents through correlation analysis.Considering personal noise exposure and multiple individual factors into account,establish human error prediction model based on binary logistic analysis,prove the rationality of the model and the significant individual factors to human error,which provide academic reference for enterprises to prevent accidents.Research on the safety attention quality and human error rate under different degrees of personal unsteady noise exposure through the experiment,get influence regularity of the noise on both,and the result of field measurement are verified.Analysis the noise sources and take corresponding improvement measures.This paper make a human error research in industrial enterprises in terms of personal noise exposure influential factor,enrich the research contents of human error,which has a great reference value for the prevention to human error in industrial enterprises with noise hazard.
