Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Medical Test Undergraduate Professional Training In Our Country

Medical test is an interdisciplinary medicine applied technology which combines the experiment technology of modern science and biomedicine. The features of demand and cultivation of professionals are the application-based professionals of modern medical test who process sturdy basic theory knowledge, spirit of innovation, practical ability, strong research ability and high comprehensive quality. This study regards our country medical test undergraduate professional training as the object, and expounds the basic elements of medical test undergraduate professional training and the interrelationship among them. This study has important theory and actual meanings for cultivating high-level application-based professionals satisfying social need.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is introduction, which states the research purpose, research meaning, research thinking, research method and innovation, and reviews the related literature. The second part is research overview including the definition of related concepts the summary of the features of medical test undergraduate professional training. The third part is to study and analyze the current situation and problems of our country medical test undergraduate professional training. The fourth part studies the countermeasures for improving the quality of our country medical test undergraduate professional training. It contains the following four aspects:determining the object of our country medical test undergraduate professional training scientifically, paying attention to reform process of professional training and enhancing training of application-based professionals, strengthening development of "double-quality" teaching staff, intensifying input and cooperation and improving construction of laboratory and laboratory practice base. The fifth part is conclusion, namely, summarizes the shortage of this paper and prospects future development.This paper adopts literature research, experience summary and so on. It has innovation in perfecting the field of clinical practice skill training of medical test undergraduate professional training scheme.
