Clinical Study On Effect Of Method Of Buqi-lishui In Treating Chronic Heart Failure (the Type Of Edema Due To Qi Insufficiency)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huxin-tang care chronic heart failure (The type of edema due to qi insufficiency), in order to explore the mechanism of means of buqi-lishui intervention in chronic heart failure.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure to collect compliance with NYHA cardiac function classification randomly selected grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ,76cases of CHF patients from Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, divided into two groups (38cases) and control group (38cases). The control group give regular routine medicine, the observation group give regular western medicine therapy and Huxin-tang, treatment for four weeks. The two groups were observed before and after treatment effects after the end of treatment efficacy, and efficacy ratings, using statistical software SPSS19.0statistical analysis, P<0.05to have clinical significance.Results:Clinical total effective rate was91.4%,70.6%in control group, with significant differences between the two groups P<0.05); TCM symptoms, cardiac function and heart exceeds function indexes in improving, the observation group is better than the control group(P<0.05); the LEE’s score, TCM symptoms integral and BNP, the observation group is better than the control group(P<0.01). And two groups of patients before and after treatment there was no blood, liver and kidney function test abnormalities.Conclusion:Huxin-tang care CHF have the exact effect in the clinical， could improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function, improve quality of life, enhance the safety and compliance of patients. The mechanism may be related to ventricular remodeling and heart failure to play the role of treatment factors such as multi-link, it is worth further study.
