Clinical Study On Effect Of Baoxin-tang In Treating Chronic Heart Failure (the Type Of Edema Due To Qi Insufficiency)

Objective:Observe the treatment of chronic heart failure Heart Protection (CHF) clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism.Methods:NYHA cardiac function classification randomly selected grade II-IV,108 cases of CHF patients, divided into two groups (54 cases) and control group (54 cases). Control group of conventional western medicine, the treatment group on the basis of western medicine and Baixin-tang to protect heart side effects were observed after 4 weeks. And scored, using statistical software SPSS16.0 statistical analysis, P <0.05 to have clinical significance.Results:The total effect of heart failure:clinical total effective rate was 90.4%,82.4%in control group. Observation group than the control group (P<0.05); in improving clinical symptoms and cardiac function in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01); Observation group while in the BNP, echocardiography function index than the control group (P<0.01). And two groups of patients before and after treatment there was no blood, liver and kidney function test abnormalities.Conclusion:Baixin-tang is the clinical treatment of CHF in a safe and effective Chinese medicine preparations, the mechanism may be related to ventricular remodeling and heart failure to play the role of treatment factors such as multi-link, it is worth further study.
