The basic treatment for controlling blood glucose was used. The treatment period of the study was continual four weeks. Overall efficacy rate and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) were assessed to determine therapeutic effect.Results:1. The Overall efficacy rate was significant different between A and B groups (p<0.05).2. Group A improved the PSQI score, while the group B did not. The change in the score of PSQI was significant different between A and B groups (p<0.05).3. Both groups improved the sleep efficiency, but Group A works better.4. Based on the score change in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Group A improved the scores, while the group B did not. The changes in the score of SAS and SDS were significant different between A and B groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. TCM behavior therapy has better effect in improving sleep quality and efficiency. Oryzanol can only improve sleep efficiency.2. TCM behavior therapy can relieve anxiety and depression, while Oryzanol is not helpful.3. The effect of TCM behavior therapy is superior to Oryzanol in improving sleep quality and efficiency and relieving anxiety and depression.
