Research On The Polycentric Suppli Of The Cit’esys Community Health Service

Community health services are essential in the reformation and construction ofCity Health Service System in China. With rapid social and economic development,more and more attention is given to the establishment of Community Health Service.However, advantages of this service are not fully understood. What’s worse, citizensdistrust this service. Currently, there are still some fundamental arguments concerningcommunity health service system in China. The most important one is who shouldprovide this service, and is it the central government or private companies? Anothercritical problem is who should regulate this service. In order to answer these questions,by analyzing community health service in Shahekou District of Dalian, this article triedto put forward solutions to the problems in the construction of Community HealthServices in this area.Using literature analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis to examinecommunity health services in Shahekou district of Dalian, this study tried to applypolycentric supplies theory into the construction of Community Health Services inChina. The structure of this research is as following:The first part is to review previous studies and do relevant backgrounds research inorder to bring forward the aims of this study.The second part is to introduce Polycentric Governance theory into the regulationof public services.The third part is to analyze community health service in Shahekou District ofDalian. Based on the results, some problems about community health service in the areawere found out.The fourth part is to use Polycentric Governance theory to analyze the causes ofthese problems in this area.Based on the analysis in the previous part, the fifth part raises some solutions todeal with these problems in community health services in Shahekou district of Dalian.
