Oscillometric electronic sphygmomanometer as countries strong seized one of theproducts, has affected the social lives of millions, so the sphygmomanometerregistration inspection is especially important, tests must be serious, seriously. And howto get the testing work more reasonable and effective, that is crucial to the qualificationof the Electronic sphygmomanometer.At present, the testing methods is artificial reading for machinery safetyperformance testing of the Electronic sphygmomanometer, that is unable to carry outdynamic monitoring. So the larger issues is complex operation, detection efficiencyreducing and human error. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new method formeasuring and testing system, make the electronic sphygmomanometer productsmachinery safety hazard index measurement implementation becomes simple, accurate,and efficient.In this thesis, it is aimed at the defects of the machinery safety performancedetection, to design a set of pressure test system, and improve the inspection method.the electronic sphygmomanometer in machinery safety inspection will be morescientific and reasonable, real and effective.An intelligent pressure instrument was developed, which is base on communicationtechnology, using Keller Series35XHT pressure sensors, and comprising an errorcorrection program. It has many advantages, for example, it has3tunnels to measurepressure signal of a sterilization tank,and has a wide measuring range of0-4MPa inpressure,and high precision of0.1%in pressure. It Can be good to complete the workof data collection.The data processing software for PC can read pressure data from the instrument,export data by report and graph forms, and perform the error correction in real time. Thesoftware can also analysis and process these data real time.
