| Objective: To Investigate the treatment of B ultrasound-guided PCN for the complexkidney calculus and how to deal with its complicationsMethod: Follow-up96complex kidney calculus patients who had received the Bultrasound-guided PCN, It include26staghorn calculus,17multiple calculus,21kidney calculus merge ureteral calculus above the L4Lumbar,12kidney calculus hasopen-surgical history,2horseshoe kidney calculus,3solitary kidney calculus,15renal stones merge pyonephrosis which receive two-staged operation, every patientreceived the B ultrasound-guided PCN, And statistics hydrops size、 operating Time、hospital stays、 and follow up the patients who received the surgery to gather theclearance rate, Analysis the preoperative and postoperative complications.Results:95patients had a successful operation,15pyonephrosis patients received thepercutaneous nephrostomy, and went to the B ultrasound-guided PCN after15days.Operation time between50min to120min, At a average time of85min. The averagelength of hospitalization is8.5days, the clearance rate is58.7%. Follow up1-3monthslater, there are16cases received ESWL treatment,7cases received Ureteroscopylithotripsy. The total clearance rate is91.7%. One caes bleeding a lot between thesurgery,After liened the renal made fistula and receive two-staged operation.Complications were found in18cases, infection (T>38.5℃) after operation was seenin5cases,13cases complicated with hemorrhage after operation were found, Bloodtransfusion in12cases, Super selective renal artery embolization in2cases. Therewere no severe hemothage，thoraeic and abdominal organ injure in operation, and nonephrectomy cases, no deaths caese.Conclusions: B ultrasound-guided PCN for the complex kidney calculus take on theadvantage of high safety, minimally invasive, and resume quickly.
