Objective:To investigate and retrospective analysis approach of malleolus medialis osteotomy and hollow compression screw fixation for treatment with talus fracture.Methods:11patients of Talus fracture were treated with hollow compression screw fixation through approach of malleolus medialis infraversion osteotomy. The ankle was externally fixed by plaster for4-8weeks and decided the lower limb weight loading time according to X-radiographs.Results:Except2patients, other9patients were followed up from1year to3years and6months (average2years and6months) in accordance with the Hawking criteria and postoperative. complications:the outcomes were excellent in5cases(55.56%), good in2(22.22%), fair in1case(11.11%), poor in1(11.11%), the excellent and good rate was77.78%.Conclusion:Operative treatment of talus fracture through approach of malleolus medialis osteotomy and hollow compression screw fixation to be extraordinarily efficient, reliable, of great capacity and also simple to operate. |
