The Yiqi Fumai Injection Qi And Yin Deficiency With Chronic Heart Failure Before And After Treatment And Its Effect On The BNP

Objective:1.To observe the impact of YiQi Fumai injection for Qi and Yin deficiency with chronic heart failure on TCM symptom before and after treatment.2.Observe the different Efficacy between the Conventional western medicine and On the basis of conventional western medicine with YiQi Fumai injection for Qi and Yin deficiency with chronic heart failure.Methods:Continuous collection of60cases admitted CHF patients hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology2in the Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital from September1,2010to February1,2012.Meet the Framingham standard (1971) diagnostic criteria, and dialectic as the Qi and Yin deficiency with chronic heart failure patients60cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group is on the conventional Western medical treatment added YiQi Fumai Injection2.6g joined0.9%Salt water250ml intravenous infusion;And the control groups is on the Conventional Western medicine treatment.during treatment, two groups are disabled with Qi and Yin effect Chinese medicine,both groups are on the base of two weeks for a course.Before treatment started and after the end of a course of treatment,Plasma BNP levels, TCM syndrome score,functional class (NYHA functional class)and the6-minute walk test level(6MWT) were measured separately,then to evaluate the treament efficacy. Comparing the Improvement symptoms of the two groups,to observe the Efficacy and safety of YiQi Fumai Injection.Results:1.Comparing the TCM syndrome score in the two groups before and after treatmentTCM syndrome score of the experimental group and control group (x±s),before the treament were32.1±21.2and31.9±12.09,after treatment were7.4±7.7and11.93±5.37,There were significant differences with the pre-treatment,P<0.05.After the treament,the TCM syndrome score in treatment group decreased more Obviously,the scores is Significant difference,P<0.05.2.Comparing the TCM symptoms efficacy of the two group before and after treatment:after the treament,the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in treatment group is93.3%,and83.3%in the control group;The treatment group efficiency was significantly higher (P<0.05). 3.Comparing the NYHA functional classification efficacy of the two group before and after treatment:after the treament,the total effective rate in treatment group was93.3%,and there are no cases of deterioration of heart function.It is80.0%of the total effective rate in the control group;the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher,P<0.054.comparing the BNP levels after treatment:Before the treament,the BNP levels of the experimental group and treatment group were833.39±193.24and866.39±208.14;after the treament,it is245.11±78.45and407.65±102.29separately;There were significant differences compared with before treatment,P<0.05;after the treament,a significant difference in BNP levels between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:1. This study shows that YiQi Fumai injection combined with conventional Western medicine treatment for YiQi and Yin Deficiency type of chronic heart failure is superior to simple conventional Western treatment. After treatment,the experimental group can make the Endpoint of plasma BNP levels, cardiac function level, TCM syndrome score,Cardiac function classification,6minute walk test significantly improved, indicating that the YiQi Fumai injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure has good synergy;2. It did not find serious adverse reactions during the test,shows the YiQi and Fumai injection is safe and reliable.
