Purpose:At present, in our country, type2diabetes is the most frequent types of diabetes, There will be many chronic complications if blood glucose control is poor, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common complications. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy which is the main risk factor to foot ulcer, infections and gangrene causes serious influence to the patients’ life quality and work. Yet, diabetic peripheral neuropathy is hidden, and its pathgenesis and cause which is more complicated is still not fully understood. Besides,it is hard to find and prevent in the early phase, and then it is irreversible once the clinical symptoms appeared. So there are many difficulties in the early diadnosis and treatment. In recent years, Professor Zhuwenfeng created the" syndrome factor dialectial theory system".which can be divided into several disease syndrome types, which can be divided into many syndrome factors(including the syndrome factor of disease location and the syndrome factor of disease nature). The system is important to guide the diabetic peripheral neuropathy’s early diagnosis and treatment. This research mainly discusses the TCM syndrome factor characteristics and evolution of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:We choose the patients in early phase, metaphase and later phase of diabetic peripheral neuropathy as the research objects, according to the four diagnostic methods and principles of traditional Chinese medicine, and follow the face to face interview survey method, and under the guidance of associate chief physician or archiater, to take syndrome differentiation, collecte clinical material, statistich its syndrome factor of disease location and the syndrome factor of disease nature, and analyzes the syndrome factor evolution. Results:From the cases collected, we can get the summary that spleen, liver, kidney, fur and muscle cou are main syndrome factors of diabetes peripheral neurophathy disease, and spleen, liver, and kidney are more or less involved in the three phases. The syndrome factors of disease nature are mainly due to qi defiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency, qi stagnation, blood statsis, cold, damp, hot and phlegh, and among which,qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, blood stasis and hot are the main factors in the early phase, qi stagnation, qi deficiency, blood stasis, yin deficiency, yang deficiency and phlegm are main factors in the metaphase, and blood stasis, cold, damp. hot, phlegm, are main factors in the later phase. Conclusion:Diabetic peripheral neuropathy has its own character and evolution in the syndrome factor of disease nature and the syndrome factors of disease location. Through this research, the diagnosis and treatment of the disease can be more objective guided by means of TCM symdrome differentiation in clinic.
