Objective:This experiment on the basis of zhong-jing Classical Prescriptions Wuling Powder and add yinchen,bixie (for short Modified Wuling Powder), and observe the effection on different parts of uric acid regulation of serum,kidney homogenatejoint cavity and urine in rat model of Hyperμricemia.In order to further discuss the function mechanism for, which would provide experimental and theoretical basis for clinical application Classical Prescriptions in treating and preventing hyperuricemia,gouty arthritis and uric acid nephropathy.Methods:40maleWistar rats were divided randomly into5groups after feeding adaptability7d:8rats per group,They are the blank group,model group, modified Wuling powder group. Allopurinol group, modified Wuling powder combined Allopurinol group.Except blank group received0.9%NS by gavage according to10ml/kg,the elses rat models of hyperuricemia were induced by intragastric administration of adenine and ethambutol hydrochloride. Take the fixed time to made model in the morning and to treat in the afternoon,once a day, modified Wuling powder group was administered traditional Chinese medicine with7ml/kg, Allopurinol group was administered with45mg/kg,Chinese combined western medicine group was administered Allopurinol with45mg/kg first, and after2hours received modified Wuling powder7ml/kg again. The levels of four parts uric acid and urine volume, weight indexes were detected at the22th day after the experiment.Result:Compared with the blank group, different parts of uric acid of serum,kidney homogenate,urine and joint cavity,urine volume in model group were significantly different (p<0.01).Compared with model group,the content of different parts uric acid of modified Wuling powder group and Allopurinol group was decreased, the results were significantly different (p<0.01).urine volume wasn’t change obviously,and wasn’t statistically significant (P>0.05).the levels of different parts uric acid of modified Wuling powder combined Allopurinol group were not decrease significantly,however, serum uric acid was increased and urine volume wasn’t change significantly,the result wasn’t statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Both modified Wuling powder and Allopurinol can reduce the level of different parts of uric acid, in general,the former was better than the latter.The result show that regulating the different parts of uric acid can treat and prevent hyperuricemia, traditional Chinese medicine can play many link, many targets synergy role in treating and preventing hyperuricemia.The experimental result of traditional Chinese combined western medicine had a poor effects. There maybe some inhibitory effects between them.but it also shows that not all of the disease has curative effect in the traditional Chinese and western medicine combination therapy.
