Abstract: Purpose:To study the female unilateral knee osteoarthritispatients with ipsilateral and contralateral knee Q angle and at different angularvelocities, different movement patterns of peak torque (PT), the average power (AP),total (TW), hamstrings/stock four muscles (H/Q) mechanics characteristics of. In orderto osteoarthritis of the knee rehabilitation evaluation and sports prescription to providecertain basis. Method:Using CON-TREX1000isokinetic testing instrument and theangle measurement tool on30patients with inclusion and exclusion criteria of thefemale patients with osteoarthritis of knee in fast, medium, slow angular velocity test.Fast180deg/sx20, middle120deg/sx5, slow60deg/sx5. Centripetal and centrifugal twomodes of exercise test. Measurement of double knee joint of Q angle. To get above data.Result:The peak torque (PT): extensor muscle group: in60deg/s,180/s centripetalmotion and60deg/s centrifugal move muscle of health knee exceed ill knee (P<0.05).In120deg/s centripetal motion and120deg/s,180/s centrifugal movement both kneesshowed no significant difference (P>0.05). Flexor muscle group: in60deg/s and180deg/s centripetal movement and60deg/s,120deg/s and180deg/s centrifugal movementof health outweigh the lill knee (P<0.05). In120deg/s centripetal movement bothknees had no significant difference (P>0.05)Average power (AP): extensor musclegroup in60deg/s,120deg/s and180deg/s centripetal motion and180deg/s centrifugalmovement of health knee outweigh the lill knee (P<0.05). In60deg/s,120deg/scentrifugal movement both knees without significant difference (P>0.05). Flexormuscles group in60deg/s,120deg/s and180deg/s centripetal movement and thecentrifugal movement of health knee greater than the lill knee (P<0.05).Total power(TW): Regardless of the centripetal and centrifugal60deg/s,120deg/s and180deg/sexercise health knee were greater than the lill knee(P<0.05).Knee popliteal muscle/stock four muscles (H/Q):In60deg/s,120deg/s and180deg/s centripetal movement bothknees had no significant difference (P>0.05). In60deg/s,120deg/s and180deg/s centrifugal movement health knee were greater than the lill knee (P<0.05);Q angle: illknee is greater than the healthy knee (P<0.01). Conclusion:(1)、Ill knee extensor peaktorque (PT) in low, high speed centripetal and low speed centrifugal movementdecreased obviously, in medium speed centripetal and high speed centrifugal movementwithout decreased obviously. Flexor muscle group’s peak torque (PT) in low, highspeed centripetal movement ability and low, medium high-speed centrifugal movementspeed decreased significantly, but not decreased obviously in medium centripetalmovement.(2)、Ill knee extensor muscle group centripetal and centrifugal fast movingaverage power (AP) decreased obviously, but in low, medium-speed centrifugal motionis not decreased obviously. Flexor muscle group centripetal and centrifugal motion tothe average power (AP) were significantly decreased. Unit time lill knee muscles workload drop.(3)、Both knees’s popliteal muscle/stock four muscles (H/Q) in centripetalmotion and rehabilitation have no difference.Eccentric exercise was significantlysmaller than the health knee.(4)、The Q angle and osteoarthritis of the knee is relatedto the occurrence of.(5)、To the contralateral index as standard on the affected sidewere assessed and arrangement of rehabilitation training, study in patients with kneejoint with clinical signs of ipsilateral and contralateral index consistency issue is thefuture direction of development.
