Assessment Research On Pharmaceutical Electronic Monitoring Code Policy Carried Out In Zhejiang

The pharmaceutical electronic monitoring code of China is a fresh object that used for circulation management by the drug regulators of China. Therefore, the assessment of the policy, as a test feedback of the pharmaceutical electronic monitoring code policy carried out in Zhejiang province, has an important significance on the development of this new policy.First of all, in this paper, we summarize the theories of domestic and foreign policy assessment and research findings of various methods. Secondly, this paper summarizes and draws on policy assessment based on current theories, combines the theory of policy assessment and the policy of the pharmaceutical electronic monitoring code. With systematical investigation of the policy based on the overall management, we construct the monitoring code policy evaluation index system. Then, a policy assessment model is proposed based on factor analysis method, and the overall policy assessment of the pharmaceutical electronic monitoring code in Zhejiang province is carried out by using the model. Finally, we analyze the problems of the policy carried out in Zhejiang province, and put forward recommendations for improvement.Within our document retrieval, there has been no research about the pharmaceutical electronic monitoring code policy evaluation of China. Therefore, for the first time, this article attempts to establish a model for the new policy evaluation, which is of great theoretical and practical significance.
