The Correlational Study Of The Circulating Tumor Cells Or The Blood Stasis Syndrome And The Non-blood Stasis Syndrome Of Stage Ⅲ And StageⅣ Breast Cancer Patients | Posted on:2013-05-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:J H Hua | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2234330377455160 | Subject:Traditional Chinese Medicine | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective:Study the correlational between syndrome type of blood Stasis or Non-blood Stasis of stage Ⅲ or stage Ⅳ breast cancer patients and their number of circulating tumor cells (CTCs); At the same time analysis their relationship between clinical stage. Estrogen receptor, Progesterone receptor, her-2situation and CTCs.Methods:Detect the number of the circulating tumor cells of30stage Ⅲ or stage Ⅳ breast cancer patients with MoFlo XDP flow cytometry. Collect their information of syndrome type of blood Stasis or Non-blood Stasis、clinical stage、Estrogen receptor、Progesterone receptor, her-2situation and so on.Analyze the correlational between the number of CTCs and other information of the patients. Results:The number of circulating tumor cells of breast cancer patients in the syndrome type of blood Stasis is less than the patients in the syndrome type of Non-blood Stasis (P<0.05); The patients in clinical stage Ⅲ have less CTCs than the patients in clinical stage Ⅳ (P<0.05); The patients with Her-2positive have less CTCs than the patients with Her-2negative (P<0.05).There is no significant differenence in number of ctcs between the patients in ER positive and ER negative (P>0.05).There is no significant differenence in number of ctcs between the patients in PR positive and PR negative either (P>0.05)Conclusions:Breast cancer patients in the syndrome type of blood Stasis have less CTCs than the patients in the syndrome type of Non-blood Stasis; The number of circulating tumor cells is related with clinical stage. The number of circulating tumor cells is related with her-2situation.There is more CTCs in the later stage than in the early stage. The number of circulating tumor cells is not related with estrogen receptor、progesterone receptor. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Breast cancer, Circulating tumor cells (CTCs), Blood Stasis orNon-blood Stasis, Estrogen receptor, Progesterone receptor, Her-2 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
