Clinical Observation Of Zhibaidihuang Pill Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Of Perimenopausal Syndrome

Purpose: With the improvement of living standards,from the past chemists,the evolution of today's health care,more women wai in the treatment of menopausal syndrome in the first place,and Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome both from the side effects of long-term consideration or pharmacological better in the treatment of Western medicine,as healers should "for patients to alleviate physical and psychological harm" as the fundamental,and this paper mainly discuss Zhibai Dihuang Pill addition and subtraction in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome in a practical taking significance,through the clinical observation,to explore the effectiveness and safety of Zhibai Dihuang pill.Method: To the 72 patients met the inclusion criteria of female patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group and control group of 36 cases,Zhibaidihuang pill(granules)treatment group,control group received QUNTAI capsule.Provisions,taking 4 weeks of continuous self medication,28 days after the clinical observation.The main observation of patients Hongrehanchu main symptoms and syndromes integral changes,clinical curative effect statistics.Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.89%.In the control group,the total effective rate was72.22%,through the experimental study,the use of drugs to the treatment group and the control group,the clinical effect is obvious,after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome total score than before treatment were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the use of drugs treatment group and the control group also has significant differences,inter group significant difference(P < 0.05).The trial fully shows that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of peri menopausal syndrome methods varied,reliable,through clinical cases observation Zhibai Dihuang Pill in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome.Its curative effect obviously,clinical application is safe.
