Objective:By dynamically observe the biochemical indicators and TCM-designate of liver transplant patients to explore Bupleurum function to ganyuqizhi type patients after liver transplantation. And provide clinical experience and theoretical basis for the the Bupleurum combined with Western medicine used in the comprehensive treatment of liver transplant recipients. Methods:Using randomized controlled methods,60cases of liver transplant patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group G1(of Bupleurum+western medicine group) and control group G2(only western medicine group)30cases. Two groups after liver transplantation in the same conventional treatment options. In addition to conventional treatment, oral immunization with inhibitors is the triple (of FK506+MMF+steroid) program. The program of G1is add Bupleurum on the basis of conventional western medicine Administration methods are:Bupleurum15g add250ml of water to cook, Injected through Jejunal fistula since postoperative3d, each100ml,2/d, treatment for one month. The control group is the conventional treatment of western medicine alone. After liver transplantation in the first3d,7d,14d,30d detect the ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, STB, WBC, body temperature, and observed the two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, calculate the syndrome score. Compared between the two groups of patients in the biochemical indicators, WBC, body temperature, TCM syndrome score and postoperative hospital days and medication costs.Results:1. Comparison of biochemical indicators:Before treatment, liver function showed no significant difference (P>0.05).The ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, and TB level in the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment decreased (P<0.05); Between the two groups was no significant difference in the observation group and control group AST, the TB changes (P>0.05). The ALT, ALP and GGT level of treatment group decreased more significantly, the recovery of liver function faster (P<0.05).2, Chinese medicine syndromes in comparison of the efficacy:after treatment, the observation group Chinese medicine syndromes of9cases markedly, effective in14cases,4cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was85.2%; control group clinical syndromes markedly effective in2cases,13cases were effective, ineffective11cases, the total effective rate was57.7%.Compared with the control group was statistically significant. The observation group than in the control group, body temperature, white blood cells recover faster, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.4. Postoperative hospital days and medication costs comparison:The mean postoperative hospital days and medication costs was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The Bupleurum combined with Western medicine than a simple western medicine treatment can reduce the ALT, ALP, and GGT level, confirming the Bupleurum protective and choleretic, reduce the pharmacological effects of the transaminase, to some extent, promote the recovery of liver function.2. Bupleurum can reduce the postoperative inflammatory reaction, confirmed the anti-inflammatory effects of Bupleurum;3. Bupleurum can significantly improve the Chinese medicine clinical symptoms of ganyuqizhi type patients after liver transplantation.
