The anodic stripping voltammetry with the glassy carbon mercury film electrode as theworking electrode has high sensitivity, wide linear range and high detection speed, so itbecomes an important means of microanalysis. However, it still has some deficiencies, suchas poor peak height measurement reproducibility. When it measures the blood lead, it usuallyrequires the blood samples to be diluted100times in order to reduce or eliminate theinterference of the protein on the stripping process of lead atoms, so that it virtually putsforward higher requirements for detection limit. The blood lead peak height is close to theblank peak height, which impacts quantitative determination. The glassy carbon mercury filmelectrode and electrolytic cell are the core parts of the equipment of the method. Whenstripping, the noise width Wn is directly proportional to the electrode area A, and the leadstripping peak height Hp is also directly proportional to the electrode area A. To increase thesignal to noise ratio Rsn is the effective method to reduce the detection limit. In this paper, theblood is diluted10times. In the mobile thin-layer electrolytic cell, lead ions firstly makepre-enrichment on the large area of glassy carbon mercury film electrode (LGCE), and thenthey make the second enrichment on the small area of glassy carbon mercury film electrode(SGCE) after stripping, thus it raises the peak height of stripping curve of the enrichment onthe SGCE. There is no blood component in electrolytic cell, but only the blood lead thinner,so it is favorable for the stripping of the lead and beneficial to reduce the detection limit. Theblood dilution multiple decreases, which can increase the ratio of blood lead peak height andblank peak height.This paper adopts thin layer large glassy carbon electrolysis pool and small glassy carbonelectrolysis pool connected with tandem links. Pre-enrichment lead with LGCE (large glassycarbon electrode) in flowing thin layer pool, then secondary enrichment with SGCE (smallglassy carbon electrode), therefore the concentration of lead increased remarkably and reduceglassy carbon area can be helpful to improve the Rsn(signal to noise ratio).
