In the Dissertation, the technology of Time-Resolved Fluorescence spectra was investigated in order to improve the sensitivity of the Solid-Phase Time-Resolved Fluorescence Immunoassay. The fluorescence properties, fluorescence intensity and detection method of the novel complexes 4,4'-Dibromo-6,6'-bis(N,N-bis(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)amino methyl)-2,2'-bipyridine were investigated through Self-developed solid-phase time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay instrument. At the same time, the Eu-TTA-phen and Eu-β-NTA-TOPO series of Eu(III)compounds were detected. An opaque sample pool was developed and it was applied to the solid-phase time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay, It could increase the sensitivity. The self-synthesised melamine formaldehyde resin was coated to the inner surface of polystyrene and to carry out chemical modification to introduce active groups-NH2, with the antigen, antibody covalently linked to achieve the chemical covalent binding assay instead of the physical adsorption, to increase the combination of the amount of antigen or antibody, so that immune complex binding capacity increased, thus enhancing detection sensitivity. Solid-phase opaque sample pool of immune connection technology is of great significance for protein research and development.
