Efficacy Of Uygur Medical Cast External Fixation Treatment For Acute Ankle Injury

Objective：Explore the traditional Uygur Efficacy of the treatment of acute anklesprains, and evaluation of its clinical advantages and characteristics. Method：Accordingto the Western and TCM Designate diagnostic criteria, to collect94cases of acute anklesprain were all from Orthopedic clinic and orthopedic emergency were randomized.Which37cases called observation group Use traditional Uygur external fixation,Controlgroup of57cases with cast immobilization,The two sets of initial therapy withconventional "RICE" method and oral blood circulation of the san qi pill。External fixationOf the observation group and control group changed once a week,one week course oftreatment and continuous observation of the two courses,TCM syndrome score and theAOFAS score, VAS score, and ankle swelling as the efficacy evaluation. Results: therewere no significant Difference betweenTwo groups in gender, age, age distribution, thetribes,(P>0.05),the AOFAS score of two groups were statistically significant comparedwith before treatment(P<0.05),there were no significant Difference one week and twoweeks after the treatment for the point in time(P>0.05).TCM syndrome score werecompared statistically different(P<0.05).the difference were statistically significant in theVAS pain product and swollen joints Before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion：early use of traditional Uygur Fixation for the treatment of acute ankle sprain, we canclearly achieve the anti~inflammatory swelling, relieve pain in certain geographical areascan effectively replace the cast immobilization.
