Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment within3years the recurrence ofcervical cancer clinical features, factors and treatment of recurrence. Methods: Aretrospective analysis from January2009to December2011in Xinjiang Tumor Hospital,gynecological diagnosis and surgical treatment after3years54cases of recurrence ofcervical cancer clinical data to analyze the factors influencing postoperative recurrence,time to recurrence, recurrence site term efficacy and relapse after treatment. Results: threeyears after surgery recurrence of cervical cancer accounts for3%of the same period intreated patients with cervical cancer; cervical cancer recurrence of the influencing factorsof local tumor≥4cm, histological grade poorly differentiated, positive pelvic lymph nodes,tumor invasion and cervical wall deep myometrial (P <0.05); recurrence of cervical cancerafter surgery is mainly concentrated in the two years after surgery; pelvic recurrence in22cases (40.8%), distant recurrence in24cases (44.4%); cervical cancer recurrence aftertreatment of short-term efficacy of the overall effective rate65%. Conclusion: Thepostoperative patients with risk factors should be closely followed up for recurrence ofcervical cancer is the lack of effective treatment, to promote individualized treatment.
