Objective: To analyze the prognosis and related factorson different types ofleukemia after allogeneic peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods: Collected a total of178cases of different types of leukemia after allo-PBSCTfrom January2004to July2011(follow-up to november2011). Seventy patients werediagnosed as having chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and67with acute myeloidleukemia (AML),41with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). Application SPSS17.0statistical software to analyze the different types of leukemia after allo-PBSCT outcomein terms of overall survival (OS), transplantation related mortality (TRM) and relapserate (RR). Univariate analysis of patient age, gender,Donor/recipient gender consistency,pretransplantation disease status and other factors associated with OS, TRM and RRcorrelation.Results: ALL after transplantation with OS rate of47.5%,TRM of27.2%RR of34.7%;AML after transplantation with OS rate of60.7%,TRM of16.9%,RR of23.8%;CML after transplantation with OS rate of87.8%,TRM of7.5%,RR of12.4%;Univariate analysis demonstrated that nation and aGVHD was correlated with OS,nation and aGVHD was correlated with TRM, Donor/recipient gender consistency wascorrelated with RR after ALL transplantation; aGVHD was correlated with OS, aGVHDwas correlated with TRM, age was correlated with RR after AMLtransplantation;aGVHD was correlated with OS, aGVHD was correlated with TRM, agewas correlated with RR after CML transplantation.Conclution: Different types ofleukemia with allo-PBSCT efficacy in domestic and foreign are basically the same,wherein CML implantation is the best, AML, ALL worst.Univariate analysis showed thatthe related factors are not the same influence the prognosis of different types of leukemia transplantation.
