Objective:to explore the influential factors of the prognosis of intr-articu1ar ca1canea1fractures. Methods:from January2009to February2011,91patients with displacedintra-articular calcaneal fracture were reviewed retrospectively, the data of related studyfactors were collected, then the data were compared by univariance and multivariteLogistic regression analysis to determine the influential factors correlating with theprognosis. Results:91patients were followed-up, according to Maryland foot score(MFS)scale system:the average recovery was (80.55±7.23) points, excellent and good rate is79.12%, the Logistic regression analysis shows that the Bohler’s angle after operation, theSanders Fracture classification, articular incongruity after operation (a step-off of≥2mm)are influential factors to the Maryland Foot score, the correlation between thesefactors and the recovery score is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: the SandersFracture classification and the Bohler’s angle after operation、the distance of articularsurface collapsing after operation influence the treatment effect.
