Objective:By researching the relationship between type2diabetic macroangiopathy and plasma homocysteine (Hey), to discuss whether Hey is a risk factors of type2diabetes macroangiopathy, though the research of the type2diabetes patients with vascular lesions of TCM syndrome integral, this paper discusses the clinical significance of integration of traditional Chinese medical syndrome, and provides an objective basis for the clinical application of syndromes integral in type2diabetes macroangiopathy. Methods:This study cases are all derived from the first hospital endocrine division in Wuhan city hospital patients, the number of cases:in173cases, collecting time:in October2010to February2012. Age33-78years old, the course of January22years, male85cases, female in88cases, are in line with type2diabetes mellitus (DM2) diagnosis standard, and exclude Diabetic microangiopathy, including simple type2diabetes in73cases, combined with vascular lesions in100cases, respectively, classified as type2diabetes group (DM2group), type2diabetes combined with macroangiopathy group (DMP group). All the patients underwent both peripheral vascular color Doppler and Electrocardiogram examination, collect the laboratory results and related history information, according to the TCM syndrome integral table of DM2group patients with symptoms acquisition and based on syndrome integral results are classified into the low points in group, integral group, high group, Through the collection of data statistics analysis, this paper discusses the related risk factorsthe of type2diabetic macroangiopathy and the clinical significance of the TCM syndrome integral in DM2macroangiopathy.Results:1.The course, age, HbAlc, MBP, LDL-C, TG are risk factors of type2diabetes vascular. There were no obvious difference of Smoking history and gender in two groups in distributed (the chi-square=0.090, p=0.359>0.05; the chi-square=0.931, p=0.359>0.05), there were also no significant differences between the groups in TC level (p>0.05)2. The level of Syndromes integral and the course, blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure control and plasma Hcy level of type2diabetic macroangiopathy related. The course, MBP and plasma Hcy in three points in group significant difference, TG, HbAlc three points in group have differences, low integral group-C below the high LDL integral group. The multiple linear regression analysis found that the syndromes integral and HbAlc, MBP, duration, age, LDL-C are positive correlated, but a negative correlation and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), LDL-C, HbAlc, MBP, HDL-C and course P<0.01, a statistical significance, TG, age P>0.05, no statistical significance.4. The Syndromes integral classification and the severity of the type2diabetes macroangiopathy related. Syndrome integral and peripheral arterial sclerosis were into rank correlation, there is a strong positive related (Spearman correlation coefficients:0.387), high degree of atherosclerosis potential tend to higher syndromes integral; Low points happened cardio-cerebral diseases and lower limbs of ischemic lesions in the smallest percentage, had coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease or lower limbs of ischemic disease patients are more likely to show a higher syndromes integral, only peripheral arterial sclerosis patients is behaved for lower syndromes points. Conclusion:Plasma Hcy is DM2macroangiopathy risk factors, Hcy level and atherosclerosis degree related; TCM syndrome integral and risk factors of type2diabetes macroangiopathy have good correlation,TCM syndrome integral and macroangiopathy degree related, the patients whose arteriosclerosis degree is high or existing lower limb ischemic cerebrovascular disease are more likely to show a higher syndromes integral, the patients with lighter illness, syndrome integral relatively low, can type2diabetes syndromes integral as DM2macroangiopathy an observation of the index.
