Objective: To investigate the serum HCY levels between different BMIgroups in patients with type2diabetes,and its relation to insulinresistance and insulin secretion, analysis of type2diabetes with HHCYrisk factors. Methods: Select from November2011to February2012in themetabolism of diabetes center127hospitalized patients with type2diabetes mellitus research. According to BMI divided into normal weightgroup (BMI <24), overweight (24<BMI <28) and obese group (BMI>28). Test the fasting blood in type2diabetes mellitus patients with HCY,FPG, FC-P, HbA1C, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, BUN, Cr, UA, ALT, AST,ALP, GGT and HS-CRP. Measure the height, weight, blood pressure, calculus the BMI, Homa-IR and Homa-islet, and observed HCY andother indicators of the level. Single-factor analysis of variance for eachset of indicators of the difference, the analysis of patients with type2diabetes mellitus HCY and Homa-IR and Homa-islet relations.HCY with other indicators related to a Pearson correlation analysis,type2diabetesmellitus with the same type of high-risk factors of HCY using stepwisemultiple regression analysis. Application SPSS13.0software forstatistical analysis.Results:1, The serum HCY levels in normal weight, overweight, obesitygroup were elevated, respectively for6.75+3.70μmol/L,9.26+5.01μmol/L,13.15+4.59μmol/L, a single-factor Analysis of variancecompared to the group with statistically significant difference (P <0.01).Comparison groups on February2, the differences are significant (P <0.01).2, The Homa-IR in normal weight, overweight, obesity group increasedgradually, respectively for2.69+0.33,3.34+0.35,4.01+0.51, a single-factorAnalysis of variance compared to the group with statistically significantdifference (P <0.01). Comparison groups on February2, the differencesare significant (P <0.01).Homa-islet between the3groups had nosignificant difference,(P>0.05). Application of single factor analysis ofvariance compared with indicators among normal weight group, overweight groups, and obesity groups. BMI, FPG, FC-P, HBA1C, TG,LDL-C, HDL-C, CR, UA have differences, statistically significant, P <0.05or P <O.01. Sex, age, course of disease, blood pressure, BUN, TC,ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, and HS-CRP had no difference, P>0.05.4, Patients with type2diabetes mellitus HCY correlation analysis showed that the HCY and Homa-IR, BMI, FPG, FC-P, HBA1C, TG, TC, LDL-C,CR, UA had positive correlation, there were statistically significant, P <0.05or P <0.01.sex, age, course of disease, blood pressure, BUN,HDL-C, ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, HS-CRP, Homa-islet had negativecorrelation, P>0.05. Further multivariate stepwise regression analysisshowed that Homa-IR, BMI, CR and serum HCY levels had independentpositive correlation, the regression equation was HCY=-5.032+6.560Homa-IR+0.048Cr-0.423BMIConclusion:1,Type2diabetes mellitus with normal weight group, overweight, obesity groups among the3groups the serum HCY levelswere statistically different, indicated as BMI increased gradually, insulinresistance, serum HCY levels gradually increased.2, Homa-IR, BMI, CR in patients with type2diabetes mellitus may be isthe impact of Hcy levels of independence relevant factors.3, The increase Hcy levels of patients with type2diabetes Mellitus maybe related to insulin resistance but not insulin secretion.
