The Clinical Researeh On Scalp Acupuncture Combined Withlanguage Rehabilitation Therapy For Broca Aphasia Patients In Early Stage

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training on cerebral aphasia in early stage and explore the superiority of early interventional therapy.Methods One hundred and ten patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the length of pathogenesis:the treatment group(outbreak 1-2 weeks)and the control group(outbreak 2 weeks to 6 months),the treatment group 55 cases and the control group 55 cases were all treated with scalp acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training for 5 days as a course of treatment and for a total treatment of eight weeks.Then ABCscale,CFCPscale,BADE scale,were used to evaluate thetwo groups of patients before treatment,in 4 and 8 weeks of treatment follow-up observation after treatment separately.Then scalescores were given a comparison between groups,andcorrelationanalysis.Results There was no significant difference in the Barthel index between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05)in the age,course of disease,sex,occupation,educational level,ABC scale,CFCP scale,BADE scale.After 4 courses and 8 courses,the scores of ABC and CPCP level of the two groups were significantly improved(all P<0.05).But until 8 courses,BADE level has improved significantly when compared the treatment group(all P<0.05).Conclusion 1)Scalp acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of Broca aphasia.2)Scalp acupuncture has obvious advantages in the treatment of Broca aphasia of stroke.
