Objective:To observe the testing capability in thyroid of calcification in MicroPure system and conventional two-dimensional ultrasound.Method:There are80cases in the thyroid tumors with calcification. To compare MicroPure system and conventional two-dimensional ultrasound, there are detection rate, sensitivity, specificity, and loading rate, sensitivity, rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate.Results:MicroPure system is clearer of the calcification than the conventional two-dimensional ultrasound.(1) Specificity:MicroPure system is91.67%, conventional two-dimensional ultrasound is47.83%.(2) Loading rate:MicroPure system is95.00%, conventional two---dimensional ultrasound is81.25%.(3) Sensitivity:MicroPure system is95.00%, conventional two-dimensional ultrasound is81.25%.(4) The rate of misdiagnosis:MicroPure system is clearer of the micro-calcification than the conventional two-dimensional ultra so und.(5) The rate of misdiagnosis:Conventional two-dimensional ultrasound is higher43.84%than MicroPure system in the rate of misdiagnosis.Conclusions:MicroPure system can show micro calcifications, the diagnosis of malignant disease are improved. It is benefit for the specificity, loading rate, sensitivity and the rate of misdiagnosis. MicroPure system can early diagnose and treat micro calcifications, improve the cure rate and prolong survival. |
