In the recent years, opposing acupuncture treatment of the hand function barrier of apoplexy has been regarded extensively and the number of related studies is growing constantly.The study aimed to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the therapeutic effects on treating the hand function barrier of the convalescence of ischemic stroke by opposing acupuncture.MethodsObserve and compare the effect of opposing acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on the hand function barrier of the convalescence of ischemic stroke to choose the better acupuncture treatment prescriptions for it and to provide some guide for clinical application. This research adopted randomized controlled method based on clear diagnosis, unified curative effect indicators, following scientific research policy of randomization, blinding method and control group. From May2009to October2011,84hand barrier of ischemic stroke patients from acupuncture hospital of Chinese Academy of Traditional Medicine Science meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and control group by randomly stratified contrast.
