Objectives:To measure adolescents isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis sagittal patients before and after the parameter values, and be the JOA, Oswestry and VAS scores, analyzes the correlation between the sagittal parameters and the rating scale so as to investigate the sagittal relationship such as PT between the parameters and clinical efficacy. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the period from September2006to December2011in the department posterior spondylolisthesis reduction and internal fixation and fusion surgery L5adolescents lumbar isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis. The22cases of those clinical study were screening out. Experimental group, all subjects were divided into two groups:group A (n=13) angle correction of PT; group B (n=9), uncorrected PT angle. Preoperative, first postoperative follow-up and the last follow-up were standing full-spine lateral radiographs radiography, and measure the following parameter values:the PT, PI, SS, LL, the LSA, the SFD, SC7D slippage percentage. The quality of life of all subjects were using the International scoring system Japanese Orthopedics Association Scoring System (JOA), Oswestry disability index and Visual Analogue Pain Scores (VAS) to score. Furthermore,selecting30cases of healthy young volunteers as normal control group in this study. Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare the differences of the sagittal parameters and rating scale between L5adolescents lumbar isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis and healthy adolescents.Wilcoxon’s signed-rank test was used to compare the differences of the sagittal parameters and rating scale between preoperative, the first follow-up and final follow-up.of the isthmic adolescent spondylolisthesis patients. Tthe Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the difference between the two groups. Pearson’s correlation coefficients to investigate the relations between the sagittal parameters and rating scale. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software ver.20.0.Result:The preoperative and postoperative parameters average preliminary comparison of results showed that the JOA, VAS and Oswestry score of all the patients underwent surgery have improved.Parameter differences within the group, there were significant differences about the degree of slip, PT, the SS, LL, LSA, JO A, ODI and VAS between preoperative and the follow up among the group A and B(P <0.05). Between parameters of group A and B, significant difference were found on JOA,ODI,VAS,PT,SS of last follow up (P<0.05), the other parameters haven’t statistically significant.Pearson’s Correlation analysis revealed there were significant differences between the PI and the SS,the SS and the LL, theΔJOA and ΔOswestry in Group A and Group B (P<0.05); Similarly, the postoperative lumbar lordosis in Group B were significantly related to Δthe VAS(P<0.01), ΔOswestry VAS and ΔJOA (P<0.05). the LL and there is significant with the correlation, and significant correlation, Moreover, Δthe VAS were significant correlation between the ΔJOA and ΔOswestry (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Patients improving PT will significantly improve clinical efficacy of the adolescents lumbar isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis who underwent the posterior spondylolisthesis reduction and internal fixation and fusion surgery;2. To some extent, there have great value to measure the sagittal parameters, such as PT, LL in preoperative and postoperative so as to obtain a comprehensive assessment of patients with spinal sagittal balance and to predict clinical efficacy;...
