ObjectiveTo compare the influencing Factors of Somnipathy among Senile Inpatients and Outpatients.MethodPittsburg sleep quality index (PSQI) was used to assess the incidence of somnipathy among200senile inpatients and other200outpatients。 At the same time a self-designed questionnaire including:diseases、 drugs、 social and family support、 economic strain and etc, was given to get the possible influencing factors。Result143(71.5%) of the inpatients have somnipathy, and the key influencing factors is diseases and drugs; while101(50.5%) of the outpatients have the same problem, and the influencing factors is social and family support.Conclusion1.Somnipathy is a common problem among elders, especially among the inpatientS。2.A characteristic sign cannot befound in the elders, they have complicated syndrom。3.Physician and family members should undertake interventions to improve their sleep qualities。...
