While age, sex, pathological grade and precancerosis had no significant correlation with occult cervical lymph node metastases.Conclusion:1.The rate of local recurrences in eT1N0M0patients was3.8%,and the rate of occult cervical lymph node metastases was21.6%. Occult cervical lymph node metastases was statistically signifycantly correlated with the tumor sites. The most common regions with cervical lymph node in cT1N0M0patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue were levels Ⅰ-Ⅲ.2.Occult cervical lymph node metastases was statistically significantly correlated with the depth of invasion.3.It’s meaningful to perform only partial glossectomy in patients of early tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
