The rural society of individuals and the trend of atomic has reduced the level of organization and degree of integration. So the institutional guidance and policy constraint mechanism is particularly critical. Health service in rural areas is the weak link in the entire health care system. To enhance the level of the health of farmers and improve rural health care status and achieve rural social integration,2003, the government has promoted the new rural cooperative medical system.This study focuses on integration effect after the new rural cooperative medical system implementation. From agreements, behaviors and relations discuss farmers’recognition of the government and farmers’ recognition of the NCMS, as well as farmers’recognition of the medical institutions. Analysis with medical compensation the changes in medical behavior of famers, and examines the changing relationship between the audience of farmers and stakeholders.Data analysis and statistics found that under support of government and continuous improvement of the new rural cooperative medical system, farmers’become the biggest beneficiaries. Alleviating the financial burden of farmers and improving the health level of famers and raising the status of farmers has added the identity of the government as well as the new rural cooperative medical system. Under the guidance of the new rural cooperative medical system, farmers’medical behavior shows consistency, the relationship with famers and medical institutions, and village cadres become better. In general the new rural cooperative medical system has achieved integration.
