Objective:Observation whether there are differences between TNF-α and SP-A of lung tissue under different depth of abdominal incision. In order to make clear the influence of different depth of abdominal incision on lung. Methods:Randomly divided36SD male rats into six groups, each six. Those six groups respectively for normal control group (group A), anesthesia group (group B), abdominal skin2cm incision group (group C), abdominal skin+muscle2cm incision group (D group), abdominal skin+muscle+peritoneum2cm incision group (group E), abdominal skin+muscle+peritoneum2cm incision+2min laparoscopy in abdomen+pull exploration bowel group (group F). Propofol inducted by rat tail vein with10mg/kg, lasts for30-40mg/kg/h. Maintenance of anesthesia depth during moderate sedation without obvious analgesia action level. Using immunohistochemical method to determine HE inflammation score, tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α); lung tissue lung surface active substances related proteins A of (SP-A) of SD male rats,7days after surgery.Results:(1) The basic situations between six groups’ rats were comparable.(2) There were no significantly differences of HE inflammation score between six groups. There were no significantly differences of the expression of TNF-α between six groups.(3) There were significantly differences of the expression of SP-A between six groups. The expression of SP-A of group B,C,D,E,F were significantly higher than group A, P<0.05. There was no significantly difference between other groups.Conclusions:(1) There were no significantly difference of HE inflammation score and the expression of TNF-α between six groups. There were no significantly difference of SP-A between each two groups of anesthesia group B,C,D,E,F. These indicated we can’t think that this study there was direct influence of different depth of abdominal incision on lung damage after7days. The expression of SP-A of group B,C,D,E,F were significantly higher than normal group A, which indicated that surgery and invasive operation may increase the secretion of SP-A in lung of the rat.
