Objective: For the purpose of providing a reasonable treatment for clinical patients with axillaries odor,we carried out the evaluation to the two methods from the aspects of clinical efficacy, safety and delayed working period,by the method of comparing the gold radiofrequency micro needle with the small incision under the large sweat gland excision. Methods: From June 2017 to December 2017,we analyzed 40 patients which with axillary osmidrosis treated by radiofrequency technique with gold microneedle and small incision resection of large sweat gland retrospectively. Those patients with axillary osmidrosis were divided into two groups randomly.20 cases in the experimental group were treated with gold radiofrequency micro needle, and the patients in the control group were treated with resection of the inferior sweat gland(20 cases). The gold micro needle radiofrequency instrument which used in the experimental group was Bodyiteite. The patients with axillary odor were treated once, while the control group was treated with small incision and visual pruning. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups of patients with axillary odor were evaluated by telephone follow-up for 1 month and 3 months, the method of Park and Skin was used as the criterion for evaluation of the efficacy of axillary odor.Using SPPS11.00 statistical software to analyze the data and using t test to compare the scores of the two groups(P< 0.05).The result has statistical significance. Results: The recovery rate, efficiency rate and Inefficiency rate of the experimental group were 45.0%,42.5%,and 12.5%,respectively.The recovery rate, effective rate and inefficiency rate of the control group were52.5%,40.0% and 5% respectively. The total effective rate of the experimentalgroup was 87.5%,and the effective rate of the control group was 95.0%.Conclusion: There is no significant difference in cure rate, effective rate and total effective rate between the gold microneedle radiofrequency technique and the small incision resection of sweat gland in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis. While, compared with the control group, the experimental group has fewer side effects, fewer complications, and short recovery time and other advantages.
