| Objective:To observe the Clinical curative effect on Chronic of discogenic back paintreated by Warming needle moxibustion with Yi jin jing-zhaixinghuandou, And comparedwith Warming needle moxibustion treatment group，For clinical treatment provide betterintegrated rehabilitation program. Methods: This subjects selected60patients withChronic of discogenic back pain were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup,30patients of the treatment group treated by Warming needle moxibustion with Yijin jing-zhaixinghuandou,and the control group with Simple Warming needle moxibustiontherapy. After four weeks treatment,the two groups were equally observed by VAS,JOAand ODI.Two groups were compared by the scores before and after treatment to evaluat theefficacy of this methodology.Results: Warming needle moxibustion with Yi jinjing-zhaixinghuandou treatment group and Simple Warming needle moxibustion groupcompared before and after treatment, the comparison results are significant difference,andthe difference was significant between the two groups （p<0.05）.Warming needlemoxibustion with Yi jin jing-zhaixinghuandou treatment group was improved in allevaluation questionnaires better than the control group. Two groups according to thesymptoms improve more efficient results also have significant differences.Conclusion: Warming needle moxibustion with Yi jin jing-zhaixinghuandoutreatment of Chronic of discogenic back pain is effective, Worth popularization. |
