Intention:Under the guidance of the Chinese medicine theory "Zang Bing Zhi Fu" this paper discussed the mechanism and clinical significance of Treatment of Children’s Repeated Cough on Large Intestine with Syndrome Differentiation, in order to improve the treatment of the disease.Method:240children with repeated cough, including phlegmy heat Fu type, Real Yin Fu dry type, lung qi deficiency type and cold invading the lung type, are collected and each type of60children is divided into two groups randomly. The30cases of control group are treated through intravenous drip of dihydroxypropyl theophylline, potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolidesuccinate, antibiotics, dexamethasone, etc., while the30cases of treatment group are treated through oral Chinese traditional medicine on the basis of intravenous drip. One treatment course takes7days. observes two groups of clinical curative effects after two treatment courses. A form of observation on curative effect is accomplished after2treatment courses to evaluate the curative effect.Result:The total effective rate of the phlegmy heat Fu type in the treatment group is93.3%, and in the control group70.0%.The total effective rate of the Real Yin Fu dry type in the treatment group is90.0%, and in the control group73.3%. The total effective rate of the lung qi deficiency type in the treatment group is86.7%, and in the control group76.7%. The total effective rate of the cold invading the lung type in the treatment group is93.3%, and in the control group80.0%. The rates of treatment groups are all better than those of control groups (P<0.05). the treatment groups are superior to the control groups with respect of improving main symptoms such as cough, sputum, abnormal stools, and X-ray chest radiograph, Blood routine, cough Release time, recurrence rate (P<0.05). None of the groups during treatment showed adverse reactions. Conclusion:Based on the Chinese medicine theory "Zang Bing Zhi Fu", the treatment of children’s repeated cough on large intestine with syndrome differentiation is safe and effective, which deserves attention and further research in clinical practice.
