Professor Wang Tan’s Clinical Experience In Treating Cough (Cold Fluid Retained In The Lung,large Intestine Stagnation)

Objective: To illustratehis clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Wang Tan in cough treatment(cold fluid retained in the lung,large intestine stagnation).It is aimed to inherit and promote the unique treatment theory of Professor Wang Tan,for the treatment of coughing with TCM to provide new ideas.Methods: After collecting the outpatient case data of cough patients treated by Professor Wang Tan,after the cases that meet the requirements of inclusion and exclusion are cleaned,the basic information,syndrome types and the addition and subtraction of prescriptions are entered into the database of the Excel in turn,frequency analysis method is used to mine the data of medical records,and the distribution rules of sex,age,type of syndrome,commonly used prescription and medicine are obtained,to summarize professor Wang Tan `s experience in drug use.Results: After three years of clinical study with Professor Wang Tan,the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Wang Tan in treating cough(cold fluid retained in the lung,large intestine stagnation)have been systematically summarized by summarizing and analyzing the collected medical records.Conclusion: Professor Wang Tan has unique experience in the treatment of cough(cold fluid in the lung and stagnation of the large intestine),and uses the method of Fudichouxin;combineds with lung and large intestine theory,the four-qi and five-flavor,Meridian Tropism,and so on to give the treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine to treat cough.Through the analysis of the data,summarized the following experience:1,The self-made prescription of Wenfei Daozhi Fang is commonly used,and Wenfei Huayin Chushi Daozhi as the principle of treatment;2,The most added are clearing heat medicine and Antiasthmatic medicine for relieving cough and dispelling phlegm,In the addition and subtraction of medicine using,loquat leaf is used most frequently,followed by Radix Trichosanthis,Belamcanda Chinensis,Almond,Mint,etc;3,In addition and subtraction of drugs,From the perspective of four Qi,mild cold drugs are more used,and from the perspective of five-flavor,bitter,sweet and pungent drugs are more used;4,In the theory of rise and fall,subsidence are the main factors,The channel tropism of drug addition and subtraction is often Lung Meridian,stomach Meridian,followed by Large intestine Meridian.
