Theoretical part:1.Objective:Through "the yin-yang and exterior-interior relationship of zang-fu and meridians-collaterals" related ancient and modern literature's integration, put forward "the unity of zang-fu and meridians-collaterals in Taiji of human body" theory model. Discuss the function-structure relationship of zang-fu and meridians-collaterals from Taiji yin-yang. Make it can jump out of The theory of the five elements and five zang-organs, and explain the basic contents of viscera-state doctrine in TCM.2.Methods:(1) First, from "Miraculous Pivot", "Basic Questions", "Classic on Medical Problems" and other classic medical record by tracing the origin of the zang-fu organs and meridians. Then, from "Lingshu Zhuzheng Fawei", "Leijing Fuyi", "Yi Guan" reseach the theory of zang-fu and meridians. Finally, integrate the theory of "the yin-yang and exterior-interior relationship of zang-fu and meridians-collaterals". (2) Combined with the relevant zang-fu theories of national medical and the research of modern medicine, summary the triple energizer related expressions.3.Results:(1) The yin-yang and exterior-interior relationship could be divided into eight levels:①between zang-fu and meridians-collaterals;②between zang and fu, between yin-meridians and yang-meridians;③between zang and zang, between fu and fu, between yin-meridians and yin-meridians, between yang-meridians and yang-meridians;④among three yang-zang,among three yin-zang,among three yang-fu,among three yin-fu,among three yang-meridians of hand, among three yin-meridians of hand, among three yang-meridians of food, among three yin-meridians of food;⑤between zang-fu and extraordinary fu, between regular meridians and extra meridians;⑥between extraordinary fu and extra meridians;⑦among extraordinary fu, among extra meridians;⑧btween zang-fu and the body tissues. (2)There are very close relationships between triple energizer and organization channel, meridians-collaterals and low flow resistance channel.4.Conclusions:(1)Only the zang-fu have shape and texture, there could be yin-yang and exterior-interior relationship between zang-fu and meridians-collaterals. So the hand meridian of jueyin and the hand meridian of shaoyang related to xinzhu(brain) and mingmen(uterine). (2) The meridians-collaterals is the low flow resistance organization channel, the triple energizer is ordinary organization channel, the triple energizer is interconnected center of zang-fu, meridians-collaterals and body tissues.Experimental part:1.Objective:Through the research of the exterior-interior relationship of zang-fu, choose the theory of "lung and large intestine are exterior-interiorly ralated ".Reseach physiological changes under five different living conditions (the normal, hunger, thirst, low oxygen, high oxygen),to detect the function and structure related changes (lung function, intestine propulsive, water and food metabolism, membranes channel protein, biopsy, etc.).Then, explore physiological mechanism and possible material base of the theory of "lung and large intestine are exterior-interiorly ralated ", so as to facilitate the determination of laboratory model, and clinical diagnosis of the establishment of standard.2.Methods:Use female SD rats, as experimental animals; use metabolic cage type variable oxygen breeding box control rat breathing environment, use metabolic cage control oxygen concentration and measure water and food metabolism of rats. So as to establish 5 groups of Animal models: normal group, high oxygen group, low oxygen group, hunger group, thirst group. Use hematoxylin-eosin(HE) dyeing rats' lung and intestine tissue slice. Using animal lung function monitoring and analysis system measure rat's lung function (FVC). Inject carbon powder and Arabic gum solution into the fringe of ileum and caecum, to measure propulsive function of rat intestine. Use enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect the contents of membrane channel proteins(AQP 1, AQP3, Cav1.2, Cav3.1, etc.)of various organizations (lung, jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum, kidney and bladder, etc.).3.Results:(1) All groups of rat's lung function have certain changes, especially high oxygen group and hunger group, most of the lung function index (FVC, FEV0.1, FEV0.3, FEV0.3/FVC%, FEF25-75, PEF) decline significantly, the FEV0.1 decline of hunger group is also obvious, only low oxygen group of lung function of each index compared with controls without change. (2)Each groups of intestine propulsive have certain changes, hunger group compared with controls intestine propulsive distance and motional rate all appear dropped significantly, motional rate from high to low order is:low oxygen group after lung function>controls group> high oxygen group after lung function> low oxygen group>high oxygen group> thirsty group> hunger group. Each groups of membrane channel protein content of rat's different organizations have different changes. (3)Each groups of membrane channel protein content of rat's different organizations have different changes.4.Conclusions:(1) The lung have certain contact with ileum and colon, especially with hunger group, high oxygen group, low oxygen group of ileum and low oxygen group of colon;also, lung is closely associated with the normal group, hunger group rectum and low oxygen group of jejunum. In addition, high oxygen group, hunger group, hunger groups could cause suppression of lung function and large intestine function, and it prove that "lung and large intestine are exterior-interiorly ralated" mainly embodies in the correlation of lungs and ileum in various physiological or pathological changes. Particularly, hungry and low oxygen state are more closely related. Therefore, "large intestine "in traditional Chinese medicine refers to all the intestines under the jejunum of modern anatomy; "large intestine " is including:the ileum, colon, rectum, etc. (2) The contents of membrane channel protein with mold conditions changes, may be regulate the cells' acceptation of outside material, energy and information function. Its function can be accounted for the triple energizer's influence of three qi's (zong-qi, ying-qi and wei-qi) supply to the body.
