Observation Of Therapeutic Efficacy Of "Revised Ma Zi Rem Pill" In Treating Intestinal Constipation Causing By Opium Types

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of " Revised ma zi ren Pill "in thetreatment of intestinal constipation causing by opium types.Methods:66subjects with intestinal constipation causing by opium types wererandomly divided into two groups,33patients in the treatment group were administeredwith "Revised ma zi ren Pill",33in the control group administered with aetulose liquo.Then the clinical symptom scores, quality of life, bowels interval of time, the time of eachdefecation, defecation stool form, the dimensions of the difficulty for the defecation, NRSand so on was evaluated before treating and after2weeks treating.Results: Treatment group can improve clinical symptom and quality of life aftertreating, and can help relieve Pain intensity after treating. Treatment group can shortenbowels interval of time, the first time of defecation and the time of each defecation, canrelieve the difficulty for the defecation, and on the effectiveness Treatment group betterthan control grope(P<0.05).Conclusion：" Revised ma zi ren Pill " can eases constipation and pain effectively,also can improve quality of life.
