The Clineal Research Of Bushcn Huatanquyu Treatment On Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To explore the regulatory of Bushen HuatanQuyu Decoction(BSHTQYD)in treating patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS).Methods:60patients withPCOS were divided into two groups randomly.BSHTQYD was given to treatment classincluding30patients. Meanwhile Clomiphene Citrate (CC)was given to control classincluding30patients. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs，serumhormones levels such as FSH、LH、E2、T、INS，Basic Body Temperature(BBT)、BodyMass Index(BMI) and the Ovarian volume.Results:The total effective rate is86.67%、theovulation rate is86.77%and the pregnancy rate is43.33%in treatment class，they are60.00%、63.33%and26.67%in controlclass，there are statistica1ly significant betweenthem (P<0.05).There are significant differences between two groups in improving thesymptoms of TCM、 BBT、 and decreasing the BMI(P<0.05或P<0.01).After thetreatment,There is significant differencet in treatment class in decreasing the Ovarianvolume,but no significant ana1yzed statistically compared to the control group(P>0.05).After the treatment,There are significant differences in the two groups in decreasing serumhormones levels such as LH、T and INS，and in increasing the level of E2.
