Gastroscope Performance Of Advanced Gastric Cancer And The Relevance Of TCM Syndrome Types Research

Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the typical performance of TCMsyndrome type of advanced gastric cancer under gastroscope and provide an objectivebasis for TCM treatment.Methods:1.51cases of advanced gastric cancer met the inclusion criteria wereselected in the clinical, then combination of the basis of the literature to develop clinicalobservation table and collect of cases.2. Combining with the traditional Chinese look, smell, and asked, cutting the fourdiagnostic, to observe the mucous membrane performance of the51patients undergastroscope and data entry.3.Processing and analysis using statistical software SPSS13.0to analysis the Chinesemedicine symptom law of advanced gastric cancer.Results:There is no significant difference between the two syndrome types of tumorand gastric cancer Borrmann stages under gastroscope（P>0.05）,but show some correlationwith whether there is ulceration in the surface of the tumor, whether there is activebleeding, HP infection, tongue proper and coated tongue. The performances of Patientswith spleen deficiency under gastroscope are tumor uplift rare ulcers; mucosal congestionand edema, and the ecchymosis intrinsic type show more obvious hemorrhage; Patientswith spleen deficiency under endoscopic tumor ulcer area less than Ecchymosis intrinsictype; HP infection was more common in the Ecchymosis intrinsic syndrome; Pale tongue,greasy fur were more common in the spleen and stomach Deficiency Syndrome; dark redtongue, thin yellow tongue coating were more common in the intrinsic type ofEcchymosis, these were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the two syndrome types oftumor and gastric cancer Borrmann stages under gastroscope（P>0.05）,but show somecorrelation with whether there is ulceration in the surface of the tumor, whether there isactive bleeding, HP infection, tongue proper and coated tongue. Spleen and stomachdeficiency in patients with gastroscopy to see rare ulcers and ulcers of the smallest, Paletongue, greasy fur; Ecchymosis intrinsic Certificate in patients with gastroscopy undercommon ulcer with active bleeding and lager ulcer area, HP-positive infection, dark redtongue, thin yellow tongue coating.
