Advanced Gastric Cancer Invasion And Metastasis Serological Index Correlation Between TCM Syndrome

Objective: By study the relationship of CEA, CA199, CA724, β2-MG, LDH, D-D, FIB in advanced gastric cancer syndrome type of traditional C hinese medicine to improve the tumour disease progression. Methods: compare the indexes about CEAC A724, CA199, β2-MG, LDH, D-D, FIB between the Middle- late gastric cancer syndrome and the Early gastric cancer then express the efficiency of those indexes by ROC curve.Finally analysis each corresponding of type of traditional C hinese medicine about the homologous index to indicate the expression of each homologous index in corresponding of type of traditional C hinese medicine. Results: The area under the ROC curve(AUC): C EA>CA199>CA724>LDH>β2-MG>D-D, the comparison between each corresponding of type of traditional C hinese medicine and homologous index to indicate all has statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions: 1: β2- micro globulin, lactate dehydrogenase, D-dimer can coordination the C EA, CA724, CA199 be used as the assistant indexes in Middle- late gastric cancer; effective rate show as: C EA>CA199>CA724>LDH>β2-MG>D-D, but as the assistant indexes they couldn’t make a diagnosis in gastric cancer, they should cooperate the tumor marker.2, in deficiency of qi-blood patients’ blood test showed that the higher content of C EA, CA199, β2-MG, LDH and D-D then other types.3 the cancer patients of Phlegmy wet resistance of the stomach blood test showed that the contend of LDH was higher than other types except deficiency of qi-blood, but the probability of elevation about the β2-MG contention was higher than Liver stomach discord, stasis poison resistance, thermal injury stomach Yin.4 the patients of Stasis poison resistance blood test showed that the contention of D-D had no different with deficiency of qi-blood but higher than other types.
