The Clinical And Experimental Study On Treating Acne Vulgaris By Compound Phellodendron Liquid Combined With The Yinchenhao Decoction Modified

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy for treating acne of Damp-Heat Type in spleenand stomach by Compound Phellodendron Liquid（CPL） combined with The YinchenhaoDecoction Modified;explore the therapy mechanism of CPL in acne of Damp-Heat Type.Method:60patients were separated at random into group with CPL combined withYinchenhao Decoction Modified and group with MeiLuXiaoCuoGao combined withYinchenhao Decoction Modified. During8weeks’treatments, the changes of degree ofprurit and pain, papula and pustule were observed.In the experimentalstudy,staphylococcus epidermidis were cultured by microplating method and thebacteriostatic action of CPL against staphyloccocus aureus rosenbach was constructed invitro.Result:Compared with group with MeiLuXiaoCuoGao, cure and obvious effect rateis93.33%with total effect rate of96.67%and there are notable difference between twogroups （P＜0.05）.The experiment shows that CPL can inhibit the growth ofstaphyloccocus aureus rosenbach in vitro.Conclusion: Treating acne of Damp-Heat Type in spleen and stomach with CPLhasreliable efficacy and low recurrence rate. Restraining inflammation and pathogenicmicroorganisms,and regulating immune may be it’s mechanism.
