Objective: Through the statistics and analysis of TCM literature in the past20years,this paper summarizes the pathogenesis, therapy and basic prescription of acupoints to theanovulatory infertility.Methods: With Selecting TCM literature in1993~2012of combined therapy withacupuncture and Chinese medicine to the anovulatory infertility from Wanfang Data, CNKIand VIP Data, this paper analyzes the pathogenesis and therapy of the anovulatoryinfertility, categorizing TCM by function, we do statistics of frequency and rate, while weobtain the basic TCM prescription according to the statistical principle of prescriptionanalysis.Results: In the pathogenesis analysis, the frequency of kidney deficiency accounts for34.74%, while blood stasis of kidney deficiency is16.84%, in the high-frequency TCM,the accumulated frequency of medicine that surpass50%is Angelica sinensis, dodder,Radix Rehmanniae proparate, Radix Paeoniae alba, Rhizoma Cyperi and Fructus Lycii, inthe high-frequency acupoints, the accumulated frequency of meridians that surpass50%are Guanyuan, Sanyijiao and Zhongji.Conclusion: The main pathogenesis to the anovulatory infertility is kidneydeficiency and blood stasis of kidney deficiency, and we suggest kidney tonifying andblood circulation is the main therapy, the basic prescription of combined therapy withacupuncture and Chinese medicine to the anovulatory infertility is Angelica sinensis,dodder, Radix Rehmanniae proparate, Radix Paeoniae alba, Rhizoma Cyperi and FructusLycii, while the acupoints are Guanyuan, Sanyijiao and Zhongji.
