Clinical Study On Treatment Of Anovulation-infertility With TCM

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of Bushenhuoxuetiaojing Decoction in treating patients with Anovulatory Infertility diagnosed as deficiency of kidney and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Treat the 40 patients with Anovulatory Infertility diagnosed as deficiency of kidney and blood stasis syndrome with TCM drug (Bushenhuoxuetiaojing Decoction). Observe the changes of ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, serum hormones (FSH,LH,PRL,E2,T), endometrial growth and follicular development, cervical mucus condition, basic body temperature(BBT), the patients of clinical symptoms and signs,and to summary related factors which impact ovulation rate. Results Total effective rate gets to 75.0%, the ovulation rate gets to 52.5%, the rate of pregnancy gets to 27.5%. Comparing thickness of endometrium and the growth of follicles by B-ultrasonic of pre-treatment and pos-treatment, the differences are significant by statistical analysis(P<0.01). In addition, the treatment can improve clinical symptoms obviously, regulate and reproduce serum hormones, and improve the cervical mucus condition. Conclusion There is dysfunction of Hypothalamic- Pituitary-Ovarian axis(HPOA) in the patients, Bushenhuoxuetiaojing Decoction can adjust the function of HPOA, promote synthesis and release of Gonadotropin, promote follicular development and ovulation. Treating patients of Anovulatory Infertility diagnosed as deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type with TCM drug (Bushenhuoxuetiaojing Decoction) is effective. The paper will establish the foundation for further research.
