| Objective: Evaluation on the clinical efficacy of treatment to cold and dampness Infantile Rotavirus enteritis by umbilical sticking with antidiarrheal.the effective prescription will be provided to treat of the infantile rotavirus enteritis by chinese medicine.Methods : 60 random samples of children with rotavirus enteritis were clinically observed. It is divided into treatment group and control group, Oraling New Bolin and being applied navel with antidiarrheal in treatment group, Oraling New Bolin in control group,A three-day is a treatment course.The chinical efficacy of treatment on disease and syndrome ,improvement of TCM syndrome and antidiarrheal time between the two groups were observed treatment.Results: The results of treatment showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was90%and76.67%,respectively. For the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome the total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was96.67% and80%,respectively.And the antidiarrheal time of the treatment group was shorter than the control group,s.Conclusions:Is was showed that the method,which antidiarrheal was applied navel,is an effective therapy for infantile rotavirus enteritis.The improvement of TCM syndrome and antidiarrheal time were reduced obviously.
