Analysis Of The Diseases Of606Cases Of Artificial Hip Arthroplasty

Objective: Collected between2010and2011Affiliated Hospital of ShandongUn-iversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Joint orthopedic to accept the artificial hipreplacement in patients with gender, age, type of illness, date of admission, surgicalmethods, to analyze of hip diseases law,guidance on the prevention and treatment of hipdisease,summarize the surgical experience in order to facilitate progress and improvementof the artificial hip technology.Methods：Choosing our hospital patients who were treated with Artificial HipArthroplasty from2010to2011，including artificial femoral-head replacement and totalhip arthroplasty cases, exclude Revision Total Hip Arthroplasty. Statistics of gender, age,type of illness, date of admission, surgery methods,then analysing the data by tables andspss18.0Results： Meet the conditions for a total of606persons.the whole number ofartificial hip jonit arthroplasty was667cases.2011operations compared to2010increasedsignificantly.363cases(59.9%) of female patients,243cases(40.1%) of femalepatients.From the classification of diseases,femoral neck fracture in patients with thelargest number (337cases,55.6%),followed by the femoral head aseptic necrosis (178cases,29.3%).From the surgery classification,total hip arthroplasty in389cases, accounting for64.2%; artificial femoral-head replacement in217cases, accounting for35.8%.Conclusion:1.Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional ChineseMedicine in2011thenumber of Artificial Hip Arthroplasty compared with2010growth ofthe patient population,each age group the number of replacement growth in both2.Youngpatients increased significantly.3.Female patients was more than male patients,a ratio of1.49:1.4.Cases of femoral neck fracture,more femal patients,a ratio of2.44:1,the left orright side was no significant difference.2011compared to2010,the patients increased acceptance of artificial hip arthroplasty.5.The mainly hospital complications as deepvenous thrombosis(DVT),should be to prevent and treat.6.Recovery rate of theinvestigation team is99.17%, Artificial Hip Arthroplasty was a proven and safeprocedure.7. Due to population aging,economic development,improvement of surgicaltechniques,the progress of the concept of life, Artificial Hip Arthroplasty will be greaterdevelopment in the future.
