| Objective To explore the application of WEGO JOINT in artificial total hiparthroplasty in the treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head in the operation methodand clinical value.Methods From August2011to February2012, My courtyard department of boneand joint implementation of artificial total hip replacement in the treatment ischemicnecrosis of femoral head in30hips in30patients,23cases were male,7were female; age30~55years old, average age is47.2years old. Ischemic necrosis of femoral head, stagethree5cases, four stage25cases. The Harris hip score system was used to analyze.Results All30patients were followed up for6to18months, an average of10.3months, the average Harris hip score improved from preoperation average41.22topostopration average91.58,and treatment has improved significantly. No postoprativewound infection or other complications such as, Dislocation, vascular thrombosis,infection, injury of sciatic nerve. The follow-up results showed: All patiets postoprationcan get a pain-free joint. Joint stability is good, not dislocation. Hip joint functionrecovered well, can walk independently, can meet the normal life, quality of life weresignificantly improved. Radiography showed acetabular and femoral stem prosthesisloosening and good location, without signs of infection, acetabular and femoral boneingrowth good handles. Comprehensive evaluation: excellent in21cases,good in9cases,good rate of100%.Conclusion Application of WEGO JOIN of the artificial total hip arthroplasty is agood method for treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head, short curative effect good,Without sufficient preparation before operation, preoperative planning, intraoperativeimplement effective soft tissue release as well as the maximum extent to reduceunnecessary operation trauma, accurate choice of prosthesis models of good foundation,skilled operation techniques and perfect careful postoperative rehabilitation training is the key to successful treatment. |
