Clinical Research On Cervical Spondylosis Of Verteb Alartery Type Of Qi-stagnancy And Blood-stasis Syndrome Treated From The Treatment Of Regulating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective：To treat the cervical spondylosis of verteb alartery type(CSA) with thesyndrome of qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis by the method of regulating qi and activatingblood circulation with tiaoqihuoxue decoction from prescriptionsof the mentor and toobserve the clinical effect.So as to verify the clinical feasibility of treating the cervicalspondylosis of verteb alartery type from qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis syndrome andprobe the mechanism of CSA caused by the blood stasis. Explore new ideas and methodsof Chinese medicine to treat with the CSA.Methods：60patients were chosen according to inclusive criteria and dividedrandomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were giventiaoqihuoxue decoction, while the control group took1bag jingfukang particle two times aday. four-week is designated as a course of treatment. Then to evaluate the clinical effectand test the integral change of Assessment Scalefor Cervical Spondylosis、FunctionalCale of Cervical Spondylosis of Verteb Alartery type(FS-CSA) and The Evaluation Scalefor Cervical Vertigo after two courses of treatment.Results：The total effective rate is93.3%in treatment group and60%in control groupand the statistical analysis showed that clinical total effective of the treatment group wasbetter than the control group (Rtreatment=0.3672, Rcontrol=0.6328).Meanwhile thetreatment group can improve clinical signs and symptoms,and also with the integralchange of Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis、Functional Cale of CervicalSpondylosis of Verteb Alartery type(FS-CSA) and The Evaluation Scalefor CervicaVertigo. Conclusion： The tiaoqihuoxue decoction with the effect of regulating qi andactivating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis can improve the clinical symptomseffectually and the capacity of daily life and social behavior,also with the ability ofpsychological and social adaptation.The method of regulating qi and activating bloodcirculation has evident effects in curing CSA.
